So the Perrier panel would like to congratulate the following comics on their work, Chris Addison, yeah!! Jason Byrne, whoa! Paul Foot, yeah!! The Mighty Boosh. whoo!!! And John Reed. yes! But the 1998 best newcomer is…THE MIGHTY BOOSH! OHHHHH YES! Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding! I am so thrilled!!
